Developing and producing films with FIELD is my passion project. Most of the time I am a leader of design and communication teams.
As a leader, I’m a strategic communicator and an expert translator across disciplines. I inspire my teams to find novel roads to business goals, and I'm comfortable building teams to craft experiences in digital, print, and OOH environments. I have skills and experience in film, digital, print, web, writing, design, music, education, and people ops. I love getting my hands dirty 😊
I'm relentlessly optimistic (solutions-oriented), and always looking for ways to lift up those around me, and celebrate our successes as much as our failures so we stand to learn and grow. My tendency is to treat every role I have almost as a consultancy; like a research project asking the questions: "What is great here, and how can I make this better?"
